WSA acquires US retail chain

Lynge, Denmark – July 9, 2021 – WS Audiology has acquired Auralcare, a US retail chain with 110 locations under the My Hearing Centers brand.

My Hearing Centers will become part of WSA’s HearUSA retail unit. The current management team will continue to run the business.

The My Hearing Centers brand and operations have 166 employees, with an annual revenue of more than USD 30 million.

Dave Larsen, President of Auralcare, commented. “We know the WS Audiology team for many years. They have been great partners in getting My Hearing Care to where we are today.”

“My Hearing Centers is a strong brand that complements the HearUSA retail business of WSA,” said Craig Cameron, CEO US Retail. “The management team has shown great skill in growing the chain and we look forward to working closely together.”

The size of the deal was not revealed.
