Information about IT security incident

WSA has identified a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to our customer relationship management environment and certain operational systems.

As part of our response, access to certain systems has been temporarily restricted while we implement containment and remediation measures. We have reached out directly to our customers to keep them informed, and our teams are working around the clock to safely restore our systems as quickly as possible and minimize any disruption.

We’ve engaged third party forensic experts and are conducting a thorough analysis and investigation into the nature of the incident. The investigation currently remains ongoing.
